Oscail attempts to keep crystallography and modelling files seperate
If you have Oscail and Moilin
installed then
Start Oscail and open JH21 in \ortex
Click Run Job and select Formats
On the Formats dialog select INS >>>> XYZ and
click OK
It is important to select a different folder for the XYZ modelling files. Do
this by adding \mod to the path and click OK and OK again on atom name
options.
Exit Formats and return to Oscail. Click EXT on the Oscail menu and select XYZ.
Open the JH21.XYZ file in the \mod folder.
Putting the XYZ file in \mod will prevent modelling operations from
overwriting crystallography files. Click the Moilin button
